What your Days Look Like

A Structured, Compassionate Approach to Addiction and Eating Disorder Recovery

Your daily structure is designed to help you feel grounded, supported, and emotionally regulated.

A typical day may include:

  • Morning checkin — grounding, reflection, emotional regulation
  • 1:1 therapy — deep, personalised therapeutic work
  • Group therapy — connection, honesty, and shared understanding
  • Holistic sessions — mindfulness, walking, swimming, breathwork
  • Life skills and recoveryfocused sessions
  • Rest periods — time to reflect and relax
  • Evening reflection — gentle, supportive end to the day

The structure is steady but not overwhelming.
Predictable but not rigid.
Supportive without pressure.

Your Environment: Calm, Private, and Supportive

Healing happens best in a space where you feel safe, respected, and able to breathe again.

At Open Minds, you’ll stay in a private ensuite bedroom, giving you the space and privacy you need to rest, reflect, and recover. Our setting is small, calm, and homely — intentionally designed to help you settle, slow down, and feel grounded.

You’ll have:

  • your own private room
  • peaceful communal spaces
  • access to outdoor areas
  • a supportive, nonjudgemental team available throughout the day

Clients often tell us the environment feels “safe”, “quiet”, and “like a reset for the nervous system”.
